MXI Software based in Bray, one of 3 nominees in the "Exporter of the Year" and "Company of the Year" categories with the Wicklow County Enterprise Board are expanding and we are looking for IT Business analysts to join our expanding business services team.Customers include the UK Treasury, Siemens, Johnson and Johnson, Toyota UK and smaller manufacturing companies such as Adamsez Baths, Johnson Matthey fine Chemicals, ACRA Controls and Vitalograph Medical.
Our business plan calls for ambitious 100% growth over the next 3 years seeing us further expand into the UK doubling our activity there in the next 12 months alone. Our plans are fully supported by State Enterprise agencies and we enjoy significant EU funding.
We operate in the Financial Modelling, Budgeting and Forecasting, Demand Management and Manufacturing marketplaces As a focused and entrepreneurially operated business with Blue Chip, SME and Government customer base we require a additional staff.
Role & Expectations
The Business Analyst role is to ensure that business solutions designed and constructed conform to best practice both technically and financially and deliver value for money to our top end UK Ireland corporate customers.
This role needs a self motivated and flexible individual with the ability to perform a variety of technical and customer care duties relating to solution design, demonstration, implementation and support. The individual needs to be comfortable engaging with senior personnel up to director level, in a pre-sales and technical environment. You must therefore be able to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
This role will suit those with an aptitude for considering the bigger picture, the knowledge to consider all options, the innovation to select the best solution, and the determination to take the solution to completion, while maintaining a focus on delivering quality and value to the customer.

Rewards:
Salary Range on offer Euro 40,000 - 55,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
On target earnings Euro 65,000 in first year –
Based on commission for billable time and company bonus structure.

Management Potential.
Technical Requirements:
Significant experience as a Technical resource for various systems/database technologies.
Significant experience in database integration and technologies such as SQL JDBC, ODBC, Queries, CSV, 2D matrices, XML, Web Services.
Understand and Query SAP, Oracle, and similar technologies.
Experience with Windows technologies and a good understanding of Unix.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
