IDBS, the leading worldwide provider of data management and analytics solutions to R&D and healthcare organizations, announced that it has concluded an agreement to acquire Quantrix, an award-winning company that provides business modeling and analytics software and services. As part of the acquisition, Quantrix will continue to operate as an independent business and enable organizations to replace their spreadsheets for improved business performance and timely insights.
Quantrix technology is licensed for use within one of IDBS' leading products, E-WorkBook Suite, the industry leading scientific electronic laboratory notebook.
