Gartner ranks Tableau No.1 for Customer Satisfation
The latest Gartner report on the current state of the Busines Intelligence marketplace. As far as Tableau Software and more importantly its customers are concerned it makes great reading.
Tableau customers and prospective Tableau Software for business intelligence will take great comfort from the report findings. Gartner credits Tableau with having made great strides in 2011.
And the three areas are.
1) Tableau Software Business Intelligences software sales grew 114% in 2010.
2) Tableau has the most satisfied customers in the Business Intelligence comminuty
3)Tableau Software has the brighest future.
We have already spoken to the strong sales growth in a previous discussion. Even more important than this and it points to future strong growth is that Tableau end users are most satisfied customers in the business intelligence marketplace. The report surveys 27 Industry providers with revenues over 15 million USD. Survery includes ORACLE, Microsoft and SAP.
